Dev "D.P." Jannerson is an author of works for young adults and adults. Tin House admitted him to their 2022 YA Workshop on the strength of his new project, a teen suspense novel with type 1 diabetes representation, pitched as "The Ivies meets The Girls I've Been."
His indie book, The Women of Dauphine (NineStar Press, 2019, published as Deb Jannerson), was a finalist in the Fiction: LGBTQ category of the Best Book Awards. Kirkus Reviews praised its "appealing characters, deft prose, and psychological insights." Jannerson also has two poetry collections, Rabbit Rabbit (FLP, 2016) and Thanks for Nothing (FLP, 2018). Autostraddle praised the former as "the perfect thing to read in the comfort of your room, any time you're longing to feel less alone." The latter was nominated for a Golden Crown Award.
